Q: What happens if I need to cancel my lesson? A: If you are genuinely ill or have a legigimate reason why you need to cancel at last minute, thats not a problem. We ask if you would please give us as much notice of a cancellation or postponement as possible. If cancellations persist at short notice (within 48 hours of your lesson), then we will ask you for that lesson fee to be paid. We may ask you to pay for up to 2 hours of lessons upfront to cover any likelyhood of short-notice cancellations happening. If you have paid for a number of lessons upfront, the relevant hours may be docked.
